What Do You Need Help With?
Choose the service you need. We will tell you what information to send, what we can provide and whether a quotation is required.
Replacement Parts
We identify seats, seals, stems, bolts, gaskets and other wearing parts from the serial number, old order, drawing, nameplate, sample or measurements.
Technical Help
Help with valve selection, sizing, installation, operation, fault checking, missing drawings, reverse engineering and material changes.
Valve Inspection
Non-destructive examination (NDE), including RT, UT, MT, PT and PMI. We agree the parts to inspect, the acceptance rules and the report format before starting.
Project Documents
Material certificates, dimensional reports, inspection reports, ITP records, third-party inspection support and FAT files for purchasing and project handover.
How it works
How We Handle Your Request
Clear valve information helps us identify the right part, avoid repeat questions and give you a useful answer faster.
Check the Valve
We check the valve type, size, pressure class, model, serial number, old order and any drawing you have.
Check Working Conditions
We review the fluid, pressure, temperature, materials, problem and the date you need the work completed.
Confirm the Work
We confirm whether the part can be matched, which inspection is suitable and whether third-party witnessing is needed.
Complete the Work
We make or select the parts, complete the technical work, carry out the inspection and prepare the records.
Send the Result
We send the agreed documents, packing details, inspection result and dispatch or completion update.
Valve service
Four Services in One Place
You can ask for parts, technical help, inspection and documents through the same CARILO service team.
Replacement Parts
Parts Matched to Your Valve and Working Conditions
For CARILO valves, the serial number or old purchase order is the quickest way to identify a part. When records are not available, we can check drawings, samples or measurements.
Seat and seal materials must match the valve design, fluid, pressure and temperature. Compare our soft-seated floating valves and metal-seated valves to see the different sealing and wear options.
Technical Help
Practical Help for Selection, Installation and Valve Problems
Send the datasheet, drawing, nameplate, working conditions, photos, video and maintenance history you have. The more complete the information is, the more useful our advice can be.
For high-pressure or low-temperature service, see our trunnion ball valves and cryogenic ball valves.
Valve Inspection
Choose the Right Inspection Method for the Valve Part
The right inspection method depends on the material, shape, thickness, type of defect and your project rules. We confirm what will be inspected and what the report will include before quoting.
CARILO states that inspection staff are Level II or Level III for the methods they use. Equipment calibration records can be provided when they are included in the agreed service.
Project Documents
Documents for Purchasing, Inspection and Project Handover
We prepare the document package from the purchase order, approved inspection plan and agreed test work. We confirm which files are included before quoting.
Confirm the required document list before production. Send the approved drawing, material certificate type, inspection and test plan, NDE requirements, third-party witness points, factory test records and final file format so the package can be prepared correctly.

Before you contact us
What We Can Confirm Before Quoting
These points explain when we can check the request directly and when we need more information.
CARILO-Manufactured Valves
For CARILO valves, we first check the original production records. A serial number or old order number usually speeds up the review.
Third-Party Valves
We can review other brands when drawings, samples or measurements are available. We can only confirm the original CARILO specification for CARILO valves with production records.
Inspection Method and Acceptance Rules
Before quoting an inspection, we need to agree the method, the area to check, the acceptance rules and the report format. A standard number by itself is not enough.
Lead Time and Dispatch
Standard parts may be sent in 5 to 7 working days after the order and payment terms are confirmed. Made-to-order parts follow the agreed production time.
Third-Party Inspection
Third-party inspection dates, witness points and costs are confirmed in the quotation. We can work with inspection agencies in China or overseas.
Reply Time and Urgent Requests
We normally reply within one working day. Tell us clearly when a spare part is urgent so the request can be checked first.
