Shipment Update | DN250 PN100 Trunnion Ball Valves | DIB-2 (Double Isolation & Bleed）
We are pleased to provide an update on our latest shipment of high pressure ball valves. These are DN250, PN100 forged steel trunnion mounted ball valves, engineered with a DIB-2 (Double Isolation and Bleed) configuration. As shown in the accompanying product images, the valves are of forged trunnion mounted construction, bearing the CARILO brand and associated manufacturing, design, and testing markings. Per the client’s special request, we have also supplied matching weld neck flanges as supporting fittings for all valves in this batch.
The DIB-2 design incorporates a specific sealing arrangement: one seat provides uni-directional sealing, while the other seat is bi-directional. This configuration enables controlled cavity isolation and pressure relief during operation, offering enhanced safety and operational flexibility for critical pipeline systems.
Each valve in this shipment has undergone stringent hydrostatic testing. All tests were conducted under the witness of an independent third party inspection body, ensuring full transparency and objective verification of the product’s pressure integrity. Every valve passed the required tests with a 100% success rate, and complete traceability records have been maintained throughout the manufacturing and testing process.
These valves are precision-built for demanding service conditions, and the successful completion of third party witnessed testing confirms their readiness for installation in critical applications.
