CARILO F316 Cryogenic Trunnion Ball Valve | Class 1500 Zero Leakage for European LNG Project

🔊 Product Showcase: CARILO Cryogenic Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve We are showcasing our CARILO trunnion mounted fixed ball valve, custom-engineered for severe ultra-low temperature and high-pressure LNG working conditions.

Forged from F316 stainless steel, all material and specification data are clearly printed on the valve nameplate. This valve features a 4×3 size with pressure Class 1500LB. Marked on the body are heat number 1416 and full batch traceability codes to realize full lifecycle material tracking.

All pressure tests are strictly executed following our standardized technical parameter specification as shown below:

 

Ambient Temperature Tests (Medium: Nitrogen N₂)

  • Shell Hydrostatic Test: 27.5 MPa
  • High Pressure Sealing Test: 27.5 MPa
  • Low Pressure Sealing Test: 0.6 MPa

Low Temperature Cryogenic Sealing Tests (Medium: Helium He)

  • High Pressure Helium Leak Test: 25.0 MPa
  • Low Pressure Helium Leak Test: 0.6 MPa

We completed the full test procedure together with the client’s inspectors. During cryogenic helium sealing tests at 25.0 MPa and 0.6 MPa, the valve achieved absolute zero leakage on the first trial, delivering outstanding sealing performance under deep cold conditions. Subsequent ambient nitrogen shell and sealing tests also passed in one round without any repair or rework.

This high-performance cryogenic ball valve is now ready for shipment to a European LNG project, where it will operate continuously under extreme low-temperature harsh environments.
