🔧 Project Update | DN600 PN63 Forged Trunnion Ball Valves
We are pleased to share our latest project milestone involving a set of heavy‑duty ball valves. These are DN600, PN63 trunnion‑mounted ball valves, featuring a DIB‑1 (Double Isolation and Bleed) design. The valves are crafted from 16MnD forged steel, a material known for its strength and suitability for demanding service conditions. The product labels confirm that these valves are of forged trunnion‑mounted construction, carrying the CARILO brand and additional markings related to manufacturing, testing, and high‑performance flow control.

All required tests were conducted on these valves and they passed successfully in a single attempt, without the need for any rework or adjustments. The testing process was witnessed by two parties: an internationally accredited third‑party inspection body and the client’s own representatives. This dual‑witness protocol ensured full transparency and verified the valve’s compliance with the specified performance requirements.

These valves are now destined for a natural gas project site located in Europe. The client has expressed a high level of satisfaction with both the product quality and the testing results. Furthermore, we have been informed that their next petrochemical project is already in the planning stage and will involve our valve solutions.
