CARILO VALVE LTD recently completed the delivery of a batch of high‑pressure forged steel ball valves. These valves are 4 inches in diameter, rated at Class 1500, and manufactured from LF2 material – a low‑temperature carbon steel grade known for its toughness and suitability for demanding service conditions.

All required performance tests were carried out on these valves, and they passed every test without exception. The entire testing process was conducted under the witness of an internationally accredited third‑party inspection agency, ensuring complete transparency and independent verification of the product’s quality and integrity.

Following successful testing, the valves were shipped and have now been installed at the project site. At present, specialist technicians are conducting actuator commissioning to ensure proper integration with the control system. The client has expressed strong satisfaction with the quality, performance, and overall reliability of these valves. Furthermore, we have been informed that their next project is already under way, and it will also involve our valve solutions.
