📌 Project Update | DN15 PN250 High-Pressure Ball Valves
We are pleased to present our latest batch of high‑pressure ball valves. These are DN15, PN250 forged steel ball valves, manufactured from 16MnD material – a low‑alloy steel grade chosen for its strength and toughness under demanding pressure conditions. As shown in the accompanying product images, the valves are of forged floating ball construction, a design commonly used for smaller bore sizes and high‑pressure services.
Â
Each valve features red‑highlighted markings on both flange faces. This visual indication is applied for clear and rapid identification during installation and maintenance. The external paint finish has been applied in accordance with stringent industrial standards, ensuring corrosion protection and durability in various operating environments.
Â
All valves in this batch have successfully completed two separate performance tests – a Hydrostatic Test and a Pneumatic Test. Both tests were carried out under the supervision of an internationally accredited third‑party inspection body, which provided independent verification of the valves’ pressure integrity and sealing performance. No deficiencies were found during either test, confirming full compliance with the required specifications.
Â
At CARILO, we believe that quality and reliability are not just slogans – they are the standards we adhere to every day. From material selection and machining to surface treatment and final inspection, each step is executed with care and precision. This latest batch is a further demonstration of our commitment to delivering fit‑for‑purpose products for high‑pressure systems.
