🚀 New Batch – 12″ 300LB F316 Trunnion Ball Valves
We are pleased to announce that a new batch of trunnion‑mounted ball valves has successfully completed all required qualification testing. These valves are 12 inches in diameter, rated at Class 300, and manufactured from F316 stainless steel – an austenitic grade known for its excellent corrosion resistance and suitability for demanding service environments. The product nameplate also carries the marking M2633, which serves as an internal identification or traceability code.
The key requirement for this order was compliance with ISO 15848‑2 CLASS Fugitive Emission standards. This test measures the leakage of volatile compounds from the valve stem and body seals under specified pressure and temperature cycles. The valves were submitted to an internationally accredited third‑party laboratory for independent evaluation, and they passed the test on the first attempt without any adjustments or rework.
The test data, as shown in the accompanying inspection record, includes measured leakage values. The body and stem seal leakage was recorded at 3.9×10⁰ ppm and 6.4×10⁰ ppm, respectively, confirming that the valves meet the stringent emission limits required by the standard and by our client’s specifications. The client had explicitly requested this certification as a condition of acceptance.
